SAN ANTONIO, TX (CelebrityAccess) – iHeartMedia has taken its first big step into the Metaverse with the launch of iHeartLand, a virtual entertainment space designed for the Fortnite gaming platform.
According to iHeartMedia, iHeartLand combines gameplay with a variety of entertainment events, programming, and fan experiences.

The virtual entertainment space will debut a two-part performance by the Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter and producer, Charlie Puthwho will perform their first Metaverse concert on September 9 inside Fortnite at iHeartLand’s State Farm Park.
The concert will be followed by an album launch party with new music performed for the first time to celebrate his upcoming album CHARLIE which will be released on October 7 and will host a quiz with fans on the platform.

At launch, iHeartLand includes a virtual performance space, a giant screen attached to the main stage where users can enjoy concerts, performances and programs from contemporary artists, as well as a red carpet for fans and a grass-dotted lawn. virtual food and merch tents where players can use in-game currency to unlock special features.
Fans can earn in-game money through competitive mini-games that also allow them to unlock fan experiences such as gameplay competitions with artists themselves.
