Workers Art Center | Arnold M. Dubin Labor Education Center

The UMassD Labor Education Center is a key partner of the Workers Art Center (WAC). WAC represents workers in New Bedford, Fall River, SE Mass and Cape and Islands. We support artistic efforts by workers focused on social justice, labor and civil rights. WAC is affiliated with AHA! (Art, History and Architecture). AHA offers an evening of free cultural programming on the evening of the second Thursday of the month. We primarily hold our events at the Greater SE Mass Labor Council located at 560 Pleasant Street in New Bedford, MA.

WAC frequently hosts a music and spoken word evening that we call a Coffee House.
